Business Review
We pursue a straightforward approach. If someone shows interest in a CO-IMPLEMENTATION project, and if we believe our approach to be in line with the deliberations of the management, we conduct a short and in-depth review of the business unit or area in scope. This typically lasts 3 to 4 calendar weeks. The purpose behind this analysis is to understand the issues that are causing our clients the biggest concerns in terms of cost and lost output among others.
